Shipping Info

Every order on PUKI is shipped and tracked — there's no untracked-post option. Here's how it actually works.

How it works

  1. Once your payment is confirmed, PUKI generates a tracked shipping label for the seller via Shippo.
  2. The seller is responsible for packaging the item and handing it to the courier promptly.
  3. The seller marks the order as delivered once it's been dispatched and received — you can message them via your Inbox for the tracking number if you'd like to follow the parcel yourself.

Shipping cost

Where a listing charges a shipping fee, it's shown separately on the listing and in your order breakdown before you pay — never added silently at checkout.
